Residential students approved to stay in University housing during this time AND are enrolled in summer class sessions will be notified by email whenever a parcel (letter-mail or package) addressed to them is available for pick-up. (The resident must be residing in campus housing at the time of their package’s arrival.) Those parcels will be available for pick up at University Mail Services (UMS). Anyone staying short-term in residence on-campus as part of a summer program should utilize their program’s address when mailing anything to themselves at UConn.

Parcels arriving addressed to anyone not currently housed at UConn are returned to sender the same day of arrival. We cannot hold or forward parcels.
